Order Kefir Grains
Thank you for choosing to get some of my healthy kefir grains. My normal shipping day is Monday so if you let me know by Sunday you will get them that week. Kefir attracts honest people so it is not necessary to prepay. Here is how to order:
You will get four tablespoons or 1/4 cup. The cost is $15 plus $5 shipping. So a twenty dollar bill will do it. I don't do banks so please do not send a check. Most people send me cash. Sometimes I will take a blank Postal Money Order. I wouldn't mind taking them all the time if only people know what the word "blank" means. <smile> In either case, be sure to wrap it up so you cannot see through the envelope.
If you also want water kefir grains or a kombucha scoby (write or call for availability) you only pay one $5 shipping charge. So one culture is $20, two cultures would be $35, and three cultures would be $50. For four or more units going to one address you get free shipping. Four kefir grain units OR 4 combinations of cultures would be $60 not $65.
One unit (4 Tablespoons) is normally adequate for most people. With this amount, you can make between a pint and a quart of kefir in the first 24 hours and every day thereafter. When they grow you get to make more. Expect them to double every 10-14 days. You will have a cup within three weeks, which will make between two quarts and a gallon of kefir per day. They will eat you out of house and home if you let them. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Good thing you can eat them for more probiotic benefits.

Canadian customers please note
You will get six hand-picked dried kefir grains with good reactivation instructions. This amount will make a cup of kefir per day. You only get this little bit because I don't want you wasting a lot of milk for the first few days when it will be unpalatable. They will grow soon enough. Your cost is only $10. This includes shipping. When you send your mailing address I will confirm everything.
I am shipping dried water kefir grains and dried milk kefir grains to Canada and overseas. Cost is $10 American cash paper money per culture. I am still experimenting how to send dried kombucha cultures. I like drying everything so I can avoid that bothersome customs form. I send the cultures as a letter.
